MOZAMBIQUE HORSE SAFARI provide a Volunteer Programme aimed at students looking to discover the culture of Mozambique, develop their riding skills and make a difference in Africa!
This project offers an opportunity to work with horses and learn equine management skills. You will also be introduced to Mozambique, poverty and the problems
that are faced by the communities living in Vilankulo. You will take away a wealth of new knowledge and appreciation for a different culture.

Activities you will be involved in include:

Grooming, feeding, labour management, riding in the school, going out on trail rides, beach riding, improving your riding skills and assisting with the horses’ daily routines.

Location:
|
|
You will be based with horses in the coastal town of
Vilankulo and on the tropical paradise of Benguerra Island .
You will experience azure waters, white sandy beaches, palm trees,
incredible scuba diving and pristine coral reefs.
